  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has officially shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

We offer reliable nationwide shipping to ensure your sacred pieces reach you safely:

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after processing.

  • Shipping Rates: Flat-rate shipping will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for major cities across Pakistan. Please ensure a valid contact number and address are provided to avoid courier cancellations.

3. International Shipping

We are proud to share the Holy Blessings Of Karbala with customers worldwide.

  • Delivery Timeline: International deliveries generally take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your destination country once the shipment arrives. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. SAREVIÉ has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • Due to the premium nature and value of our jewelry collections, we generally require a physical address for secure courier deliveries. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

  • SAREVIÉ is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit if incorrect shipping details were provided at checkout.
